- Honeybell (cross between grapefruit & tangerine)
- Glass of Yogi Tea (3 tsp raw sugar) (Skin Detox)
- leftover beet burger on everything bagel (topped with tomato, vegenaise, sprouts)
- strawberries, blueberries, banana topped with unsweetened coconut
- curried chickpeas & greens (Appetite for Reduction Cookbook)
- brown rice
after dinner snack:
- popcorn (i pop kernels in a brown paper bag in the microwave for 2 minutes or so) i top the popcorn with earth balance (soy free version), garlic powder, sea salt and nutritional yeast! so yummy!!!
i promise i will start posting recipes, but as long as i’m cooking out of a cookbook, there are copyrights and posting the recipe here will get me into legal trouble. 😦
i’m having so much fun with this blog and i’m being more conscious to what i put into my body. i should have started this blog years ago.
