breakfast:

woo-hoo! i ate breakfast today. 🙂 normally i eat fruit and nothing else, but today i felt like having a bagel. i needed fuel for shoveling snow! after breakfast i shoveled over 300′ of sidewalk, stairs and pathways. fun fun fun.

breakfast
  • banana with earth balance almond butter (has flaxseed in it as well!)
  • thomas’s everything bagel with earth balance “butter” & nutritional yeast.
  • yogi skin detox tea.

lunch:

  • leftover tempeh helper
  • lots and lots of water (i drink water constantly throughout the day, although i don’t usually include it on this blog)

afternoon snack:

apples & almond butter

dinner:

  • corn chowder (color me vegan cookbook) this was relatively easy & quite delightful. i had TWO bowls. 🙂 super yummy.
