breakfast:

  • granny smith apple
  • large dunkin donuts coffee black with 6 tsp raw sugar
i'm an addict.

lunch:

  • leftover soup – vegi sausage
leftovers for lunch

dinner:

  • spaghetti squash
    spaghetti sqush is so easy to prepare & super yummy!

    (topped with daiya, earth balance, salt, pepper & nutritional yeast)

  • roasted brussel sprouts & carrots (tossed in extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper)

    brussel sprouts are so delicious!

snack:

so today was a great day for me. i got a lot of exercise which is great, because lately i’ve been in a slump. after miyagi finished his breakfast, we walked up the hill about a mile and then back. so a two mile morning walk and i finally made it to the gym in the evening. i did 20 minutes on the elliptical, 28 minutes on the treadmill and also some hip abductor & outter thigh machines (3 sets of 1o on each @ 80 pounds). i would say that’s a successful first night back at the gym for me! tomorrow night i have a session with a personal trainer so hopefully i’ll get back into gym mode now! :O) i need all the  motivation i can get. i’m determined to lose ALL of the weight i’ve gained since moving to new york. at least 15 to 20 pounds. i need to be bikini ready by april ~ going home to florida for a visit!
