breakfast:

  • banana with earth balance almond butter

    healthy breakfast
  • granola with so delicious coconut yogurt
  • yogi skin detox hot tea

lunch:

  • gardein seven grain crispy tenders with ketchup

dinner:

nom nom nom

snack:

  • so delicious coconut yogurt topped with almonds, vegan chocolate chips and coconut flakes. *ate while watching new moon* swoon!

exercise:

i had a fairly lazy day other than laundry and some light cleaning. at the moment i am attempting to convince myself to get my out of shape self to the gym. 😦 it was raining & with a leaky roof, yoga was canceled. so now it’s time to give myself a pep talk……. GET TO THE GYM LAZY.
