days like today are the reason WHY i am doing this blog.                                today…i was not a healthy heffer. bad vegan!!!!

breakfast:

  • 3 slices cold leftover pizza from last night (soooooooo good!)

lunch:

  • everything bagel (topped with earth balance & nutritional yeast)
  • asian pear (aka: apple pear)
  • medium dunkin donuts coffee (black with extra sugar) but i didn’t finish the whole thing. (we went on a mini road trip today so i needed the “energy” for the drive!)

dinner:

  • dinner salad
    dinner salad

    (romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, sunflower seeds, red bell pepper, cucumber, carrots)

 

 

 

  • white pizza
    happy pizza!

    (same crust recipe from last nights pizza – Oh She Glows blog) for the white “sauce” i used rice milk, a few tbs flour, earth balance, garlic powder and nutritional yeast. i topped it with daiya mozzarella and fresh sliced tomatoes. last night grams didn’t have any of my pizza so tonight i made the pizza again since it was so good. grandma loved the pizza! 🙂 she says she’s never had white pizza before. (or maybe she just doesn’t remember…)

exercise:

i didn’t end up going to the gym last night. i get so lazy after dinner, dishes, walking miyagi. since i ate so badly today, i MADE myself get up and go to the gym. i did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the treadmill. i’m glad i went. i need some new music for my ipod. my workout mix consists of dj uncle al, eminem, tupac and skindred. i need to download some new tunes! i bet lady gaga would be fun to work out to! 🙂
