i was too busy today…. no breakfast. no tea. no coffee. no oj. nothing.
- spinach leaves, tomatoes, chickpeas, red onion, quinoa with pineapple & tempeh salad, wheatberries and carrot ginger dressing (oil free!).
i had an early lunch at whole foods while running errands.
i love whole foods salad bar!
- gardein crispy tenders on rye bread with vegan mayo, ketchup & relish.
i know, i know. i was super lazy today in the cooking department. i’m starting to get stressed out with all that i have to do this week. getting ready for vacation is stressful!

i haven’t tried it yet, it’s setting in the fridge right now. it’s super healthy though!!! hemp milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and chia seeds!
