breakfast:

  • leftover tofu scramble
  • thomas’s everything “thin” bagel

lunch:

  • remainder of walnut & sunflower pate with crudites (celery & raw carrots with a splash of ginger dressing)
  • so delicious coconut “yogurt” with banana and coconut flakes

dinner:

  • cucumber roll
  • divvies chocolate chip / oatmeal cookies
  • a handful of pop chips (salt & vinegar)
  • dried apple
all found at terminal 5 at JFK.

so i arrived safely in oakland, california. so excited for sunday morning brunch and all the vegan treasures i’ll be feasting on in the bay area this week! i love my vegan life IN CALIFORNIA! 🙂
