breakfast:

  • green smoothie.

RECIPE:::> 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, 1 cup vanilla hemp milk, 1/2 a banana, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, spoonful of acai powder, spoonful of amazing meal. if you want it more like a milkshake, you should use fresh berries. i prefer my smoothies kinda icy so i use frozen fruits! 🙂

lunch:

  • berries & cream oatmeal

RECIPE:::> soak 2 cups of oat groats for about 10 hours, changing water once or twice and replacing with fresh water. drain well. add to food processor along with 2 TBS agave nectar, 1 peeled & chopped apple, 2 TBS water, 1 TSP chia seeds, 3 TBS gogi berries. process, scraping down sides if needed. put 1/2 oat groat mixture into a bowl & the remaining in a tupperware in the fridge for another meal (use within 2 days!).

berries & cream *raw* oatmeal

i topped my oatmeal with fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, 1/2 a banana, hemp milk and almond slivers. it was DELICIOUS! what a way to kick off my raw diet! 🙂 YUM!

dinner:

  • mediterranean dolmas (sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, raisins, olive oil wrapped in collard greens) from the ani phyo cookbook!
super easy & really yummy!

snacks:

  • go big oat cookie
  • go take a hike bar
i love this company! and they are local!!!

exercise:

i’m back in the gym and i feel great! i did 25 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the treadmill. 🙂
