breakfast:

  • green smoothie (spinach, banana, hemp milk, frozen peaches, frozen berries, acai powder, amazing meal, chia seeds)

lunch:

  • leftover squash & onions (from the kind diet cookbook)
  • baby carrots with leftover sundried tomato hummus
i'm learning to love raw carrots!

dinner:

  • broccoli mash (broccoli & brazil nuts) with a miso “gravy”

  • salad with love the chicks pate (ani phyo cookbook)

snacks:

  • crispy kale (store bought)
  • dreaming of donut holes (ani phyo cookbook) these are incredibly delicious!!!!!! (almonds, vanilla bean, dates, coconut, dried pineapple) so yummy!!! 🙂
