- green smoothie (spinach, hemp milk, coconut, fresh berries, frozen peaches, acai powder, amazing meal, one banana)
- spinach salad with love the chicks pate. topped with tomatoes, sprouts, cucumber, carrot & ginger dressing. 🙂
- not quite tuna salad (from the kind diet cookbook) tempeh, frozen peas, carrots & corn, vegenaise, capers, dijon mustard, onion, etc. over a thomas’s everything bagel
- dreaming about donut holes (see yesterday’s post!)
today i skipped the gym. i felt tired all day. i took TWO naps. my body is either not caught up from the time change / trip to california or i’m getting sick. so i’m listening to my body & taking it easy today. plus my legs are super sore. i’ll be back in the gym tomorrow and at yoga on saturday…. 🙂 i’m so tired i might have to drink some coffee tomorrow. i have to take a mini road trip to CT so i might need a pit stop at dunkin donuts to make that drive!
