breakfast:

  • green smoothie (spinach, 1/2 green apple, 1/2 banana, vanilla almond milk, gogi berries, acai powder, amazing meal, frozen raspberries & blueberries) miyagi had the other 1/2 of apple & banana with his oatmeal for breakfast! 😉
  • gatorade

lunch:

  • mini whole wheat pita with sabra hummus
  • leftover soup

dinner:

  • salad: spinach, tomatoes, carrot, chickpeas, purple cabbage, ginger dressing.
  • leftover sick soup

still sick. lots and lots of gatorade. 😦
