breakfast:

  • yogi skin detox tea (sweetened with agave nectar)

lunch:

  • tofu scramble with field grain apple sage sausage, daiya cheddar, spinach and parma. πŸ™‚

dinner:

  • couscous with peas & gimme lean sausage. added a bit of earth balance and parma as well.

i went grocery shopping fairly late tonight so i just made the quickest thing i could find in my cabinets. i promise the next three days i will be cooking ACTUAL meals! with pictures! πŸ˜‰
