breakfast:

  • one slice rhubarb bread

exercise:

  • ran/walked 1.5 miles outdoors 🙂
  • 1 hour yoga class

lunch:

  • leftovers from last nights dinner (tempeh meatloaf with mashed potatoes)

dinner:

  • green grapes
  • crispy kale (baked with evoo & nutritional yeast)

so i didn’t do any picture taking today, but i EXERCISED!!!! yay! i’ve decided to train for a half marathon. not sure when or where or how, but i’m determined. thank you to all of my active friends who inspire me on a daily basis! my goals for running will be to add one mile a week (as suggested by a marathon running friend). so today was productive in the exercise department…. i’ll cook something tomorrow! 😉
