breakfast:

  • yogi skin detox tea with agave nectar
  • crispy kale (the kale was getting old & i never ended up making it last night….so i had it for breakfast!)

lunch:

  • chickpea salad salad 🙂
chickpea (mock tuna salad) over mixed baby greens

dinner:

  • eggplant parmesan (recipe from american vegan kitchen)
  • spaghetti squash topped with homemade marinara
  • steamed broccoli
mmmmmm italian inspired dinner!

snack:

exercise:

i did not make it to the park today and it’s also a bit too hot to run outdoors (88 degrees and HUMID – gross) so i’ll be heading to the gym for an hour of cardio. yay!
