breakfast / lunch:
- chickpea salad wrap with mixed baby greens, carrots and organic grape tomatoes
- soy mocha frappuccino (i had a stressful morning so spent the afternoon at barnes and noble browsing and sipping on my delicious frozen coffee drink…. i know. i have zero will power) i’ve been good for the past few weeks!
- leftovers: eggplant parm, spaghetti squash with marinara and broccoli.
30 minutes / 2 miles on treadmill – 5 minutes elliptical – hip abductor machine – ab machine.
