breakfast:

  • leftover berry cobbler

lunch:

  • leftover mexican pancakes with salsa, sour cream and guacamole from last nights dinner

dinner:

mmmmm. yummy!
  • quesadilla (spinach wrap, daiya cheddar cheese, refried beans, salsa and sour cream – can you tell i’m trying to use up the remainder of my mexican ingredients?!?!?)
  • tomato chickpea soup (from vegan on the cheap cookbook)
such an easy to make soup!!!!!
