breakfast:

  • smooth move hot tea with agave nectar
  • chickpea a la stephie (chickpeas, onion, spinach, daiya cheddar, tomato, shredded carrots, tumeric, salt, field grain sausage) super yummy! 😀
chickpea scramble

exercise:

  • one hour of intense yoga!  O U C H !!!

lunch:

  • handful of blueberries
  • apple with cashew butter
  • 2 leftover walnut burgers (from two days ago!) topped with “special sauce” (ketchup, relish, mayo)
after yoga snack!

dinner:

  • remaining chickpea “a la stephie”

dessert:

  • soft serve banana

i’m picking out the items i want to try out from the thrive diet… grocery shopping tomorrow. ugh i’m NOT looking forward to that trip to whole foods! i spend way too much on groceries…
