- yogi skin detox tea with agave nectar
mid morning snack:
- vegetable crackers (thrive diet)
- 2 mini walnut hemp burgers (thrive diet)
- 2 slices of tomato
i made mini sliders…but vegan…and raw. 🙂 and topped it with nutritional yeast. yummmm. great snack.
- salad: mixed baby greens, tomato, sunflower seeds, yellow & red pepper, quinoa, gardein crispy tenders topped with homemade mustard dressing.
- smoothie: raw cashew butter, banana, rice milk, raw cacao powder! super yum!
i ran errands all day. crossed off everything (and then some) on my to-do list. i got dressed for the gym, but never left my computer… ugh. tomorrow calls for four laps around the lake AND gym time. 😦
