breakfast:

smoothie!!!
  • smoothie: fresh banana, frozen strawberry, green apple peeled & chopped,  fresh blueberries, gogi berries, rice milk, vega smoothie infusion.
  • yogi skin detox tea with agave nectar

mid morning snack:

  • vegetable crackers (thrive diet)
  • 2 mini walnut hemp burgers (thrive diet)
  • 2 slices of tomato
snack time!

i made mini sliders…but vegan…and raw. 🙂 and topped it with nutritional yeast. yummmm. great snack.

lunch:

late lunch
  • salad: mixed baby greens, tomato, sunflower seeds, yellow & red pepper, quinoa, gardein crispy tenders topped with homemade mustard dressing.

dinner:

exercise:

i ran errands all day. crossed off everything (and then some) on my to-do list. i got dressed for the gym, but never left my computer… ugh. tomorrow calls for four laps around the lake AND gym time. 😦
