breakfast:

  • smooth move herbal tea (i didn’t end up having it last night…)
  • green smoothie: hemp milk, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, fresh blueberries, gogi berries, chlorella, spinach

lunch:

  • slice of rye bread with earth balance and parma
  • almond clusters

dinner:

vegetable korma
i went food shopping today and bought lots of fruits and veggies. i have ย 5 or 6 recipes from appetite for reduction that i’ve been really wanting to try. i honestly think appetite for reduction is quickly becoming my favorite “go-to” cookbook these days. i have loved every recipe i’ve made. i highly recommend it people, this coming from a girl with a very large vegan cookbook library! ๐Ÿ˜‰
i’m still feeling lethargic and sad today. the weather is still really humid… i worked up a sweat while washing the dishes. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ no exercise for me tonight….
snack:
  • dairy free hot cocoa with vanilla hemp milk

maybe some chocolate will boost my mood! ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. my all time favorite was actually vegan planet by robin robertson…. but now i have to say it’s appetite for reduction. i do have veganomicon, but i’ve only tried one recipe “snobby joes” which was really good, but i just never loved that cookbook.
