breakfast:

overnight oats (from oh she glows blog)
  • overnight oats from oh she glows blog
  • large dunkin donuts coffee (black with sugar)
i used raw cacao powder instead of carob powder. i prepared this breakfast last night and it was a wonderful treat this morning! 🙂

lunch:

  • leftover curry from last nights dinner
  • piece of rye bread

dinner:

  • tamarind bbq tempeh with sweet potatoes
this is a new favorite recipe for tempeh!
another appetite for reduction recipe! i prepared it this morning, covered it with tinfoil and let it marinate in the fridge all day. took about an hour in the oven. pretty delicious and super easy meal!!!
snack:
  • 1/2 of a larabar (pecan pie flavor)
