breakfast:

  • smooth move laxative tea
  • large dunkin donuts coffee (black with sugar)
lunch:

  •  sweet & sara rocky road – bark (apparently i can’t go to whole foods without buying a sweet & sara dessert) 😀
  • leftover chipotle lentil burgers
  • leftover onion rings
dinner:
  • field roast celebration loaf
  • roasted sweet potatoes, celery, carrots, cauliflower (tossed with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, nutritional yeast)
quick painless dinner!
dessert:
my new favorite thing to bake! VEGAN DONUTS!!!!
  • 1 chocolate cake donut
  • 2 plain cake donuts
what? i had to taste test! so i finally found a donut pan yesterday at chef central. yay!!! best $11 i’ve ever spent! 😀 i went to whole foods today and got all the ingredients i needed for the babycakesdonut recipes….

chocolate cake donuts (some vanilla frosted / some coconut topped)

and spent the past few hours baking away in the kitchen. i couldn’t just try one flavor…i had to do two different varieties with various toppings. so much fun & sooooooooo yummy. not quite as heavy as pepples donuts… and not as fluffy as the whole foods posh brand. (i’m speaking of oakland, ca donuts people) these donuts are almost the consistency of cupcakes. still delicious. i love em. i should have NEVER bought that donut pan! i have no will power.
