breakfast:

  • large dunkin donuts coffee (black with sugar)

lunch:

breakfast quinoa
  • quinoa with strawberries, blueberries, soft serve banana, raisins, unsweetened coconut flakes, applesauce
  • quinoa with chopped pecans, plums, dried cranberries, raisins, chopped green apple, coconut flakes
fruit for the quinoa salad

so while i was in chicago rachel was getting ready to leave for a trip (flight attendants lives are crazy!) she made a “breakfast quinoa” for her trip and although i didn’t try it, it sounded yummy… so i made my own version of her creation. thanks for the idea rachie!!! 🙂

dinner:

  • chickpea salad sandwich
so i had to order a few replacement necklaces because on my trip to florida, two of my *FAVORITES* disappeared. 😦 i found this amazing necklace on etsy… and well… i had to have it! 🙂
