- leftover chickpea salad (right out of the bowl!)
- starbucks coffee (i have whole beans, grind & french press) – only way to drink coffee at home! with sugar
- carrot / apple juice from mrs. greens juicer! 🙂

i basically sauteed chickpeas in a small amount of canola oil… added fresh spinach, chopped cherry tomatoes, tumeric, garlic powder & salt…. topped it all with daiya cheddar style shreds. walla! my dinner. quick, easy & super nommy. 🙂
it’s storming out right now so i’m skipping the gym and having a few cocktails! i bought a bottle of wild tea vodka! cheers!
