breakfast:

  • french press coffee

lunch:

lunch was super easy & yummmm!
  • chickpea salad: 1 can chickpeas, vegan mayo, dijon mustard,  gomasio, white pepper
  • carrots, tomatoes, club crackers

dinner:

  • tofu scramble: tofu, tomatoes, carrots, spinach, daiya cheddar shreds, garlic powder, tumeric, chickpeas

dessert:

  • sweet & sara peanut butter smores

 apparently i can not go into whole foods without purchasing one of these yummy treats. i have been eating better & exercising a lot more…so i deserve a treat now & again. J

exercise:            45 minutes of cardio elliptical & treadmill

nightcap cocktail:

  • absolut wild tea vodka & organic lemonade
