breakfast:

  • large dunkin donuts coffee (black with sugar)
  • green smoothie (rice milk, spinach, gogi berries, fresh strawberries, fresh pineapple, vega smoothie infuser, chia seeds, 1/2 frozen banana)
  • thomas everything bagel (thins) with leftover tempeh salad – YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM so good. LOVE leftovers for breakfast

lunch:

yummy lunch!
  • gardein mandarin orange “chicken” sauteed with onion & zucchini
  • quinoa

dinner:

  • quinoa bowl: black beans, avocado, salsa, cilantro & daiya mozzarella

dessert:

  • Organic Rice Cream – Carrot Cake

so i craved sweets ALL day. i’ve been better recently about not baking every other day… and not eating sweets as much but today that all went to hell. i ate the whole container. but in my defense, those containers of rice cream are SMALL. like one portion… right? i definitely inherited my grandma’s (and my dad’s) sweet tooth. 😦 MUST FIND WILLPOWER.
