breakfast:

  • french press (starbucks beans) coffee black with sugar
  • thomas everything bagel thins with earth balance and parma

lunch:

yum yum yum yum yum yum yum
  • salad bar from whole foods with vegan turkey salad
  • couscous salad
  • quinoa salad
  • kettle TIAS! chips
salad bar + vegan turkey salad

dinner:

  • leftover turkey salad mixed with salsa YUM

 

i haven’t been going to the gym this week. i was thinking of switching gyms but i’m not going to shell out $130 a month for equinox if i don’t go EVERY DAY. i’m worried that snow will keep me home. maybe i’ll get the p90x exercise program everyone keeps talking about. and hula hooping. did you know 30 minutes of hula hooping burns over 200 calories? i could hula to some music! đŸ˜‰
