breakfast:

  • leftover tofu scramble (sun dried tomato & caramelized onion)
  • thomas everything bagel thin
  • large dunkin donut coffee (black with sugar)

lunch:

the trifecta burger has tvp, tofu AND tempeh in it. so yummy. crispy and filling.

yummmmmmm!

dinner:

  • pluot YUM YUM YUM
  • green grapes
  • tempeh salad with stacey’s pita chips

i had a late lunch so i wasn’t hungry for a big dinner. the recipe for the trifecta burgers only called for 4 oz of tempeh (1/2 package) so i made tempeh (not tuna) salad with the leftover tempeh! came in handy for my late night snack attack. 🙂
