breakfast:

  • thomas everything bagel *thin* with earth balance & parma
  • peanut butter / cacao / banana / rice milk smoothie

exercise:

  • 25 minutes elliptical (230 something calories burned)
  • 30 minutes treadmill (5 incline – 3.8 speed)
  • evaluation with trainer 150 lbs & 25.5% body fat ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

lunch:

  • chili taco salad (shredded lettuce – salsa – leftover chili – avocado – vegan sour cream)

dinner:

dinner!

the recipe is pretty basic. onions, garlic, ginger, some spices, green bell pepper, dark red kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, sweet potatoes, peanut butter, etc. i

i love sweet potato / peanut combinations!

was out *gasp* of dark red kidney beans so i just used chickpeas instead. still oh soย  yummy. this was a staple in my diet during my first year of vegan. ๐Ÿ˜€

snack:

  • 1 scoop amazing meal / rice milk

i’m hoping to try two classes at equinox tomorrow. a yoga class in the morning and a dance class in the evening. i need to shock my body with new routine… and start shedding pounds. i’m so tired of being fluffy. so excited to get fit. ๐Ÿ™‚ maybe i’ll still train for that 10k after all! ๐Ÿ˜‰
