  • leftover sweet potato black bean enchiladas


peanut burger in pitas with chickpea saute!
  • thai peanut burgers in pita (vegan planet cookbook)
  • spinach chickpea saute (sauteed onions, tomatoes, spinach, chickpeas, salt & white pepper, daiya cheddar shreds)


  • 30 minutes on treadmill
  • 15 minutes elliptical

ouch! i’m sore. i don’t want to overdo it because i’m working out with a personal trainer on monday so i need to rest my muscles a bit.
