breakfast:

  • green smoothie: spinach, enriched rice milk, fresh strawberries, frozen peaches, amazing meal, hemp seed oil, gogi berries
  • large dunkin donuts coffee

lunch:

  • pluot (aka dinosaur egg) (yay found them at the store this week!!!)
  • peach & pecan muffin
  • primal vegan jerky

dinner:

  • tempeh BLT panini

so i made the tempeh bacon from the vegan table… and then proceeded to make my own version of a BLT sammie. panini style.

  • whole wheat sourdough bread
  • sliced tomato
  • fresh spinach
  • tempeh bacon
  • vegenaise (vegan mayo)
  • daiya mozzarella shreds

YUM! ! ! you could probably use soy bacon or whatever veggie bacon you like. super delicious. totally hit the spot. miyagi wanted some, but didn’t get any. i gave him tempeh after i steamed it!
