breakfast:

  • whole wheat spaghetti with marinara sauce

lunch:

  • organic pbj sandwich on multigrain bread
  • pluot

then later…….. i had lunch part 2

lunch part one
  • tempeh salad over spinach leaves with green pepper, chickpeas and “honey”mustard dressing

dinner:

  • chickpea salad – out of the bowl (time to go grocery shopping!)

after gym snack:

  • pumpkin pie smoothie (rice milk, soy yogurt, flax meal, canned pumpkin, frozen banana, agave nectar, pumpkin pie spice)
