- tempeh salad sandwich on toast::: (steamed temeph crumbled with vegan mayo, relish, brown mustard, gomasio, tumeric, salt)
- tropical smoothie:::: (rice milk, mango, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, coconut flakes, flax meal, agave nectar)
oh my goodness what a delicious lunch! 🙂 the smoothie was amazing! i have never made a smoothie with mango. LOVE it!
