breakfast:

  • tofu scramble (green & red peppers, onion, tofu, turmeric, salt, pepper, earth balance, daiya mozzarella – topped with salsa)
  • french press coffee (added some pumpkin, oat milk, pumpkin pie spice to it)

lunch:

carrot soup & chickpea salad
  • chickpea salad with salsa with saltines (can you tell it’s grocery shopping time?!?!?)
  • small cup leftover carrot soup

dinner:

chickpea cutlets
  • chickpea cutlet (veganomicon nom nom nom)
  • chocolate – peanut butter – banana smoothie
  • raw revolution bar (spirulina)
  • primal vegan jerky
