day 4 of juice

morning juice: celery, lemon, cucumber, apple, spinach, carrot

lunch: raw granola (nut & seed) bar

evening juice: celery, spinach, lemon, apple, carrot, parsley, ginger, tomato

juicing is messy!

 

today i mostly felt fine. headache is gone thankfully. 😀 i miss food. i didn’t lose any weight today. haven’t been to the gym, but i was fairly active around the house today. looking forward to thursday night for food & a friends visit!
