brrrrr. warm me up!

breakfast:

  • french press coffee (coconut vanilla creamer – less sugar)

so i spent the morning shoveling snow & taking pictures outdoors. i wanted a tofu scramble all day… but never got around to pressing the tofu. perhaps i shall press some tomorrow. šŸ˜€

lunch:

tempeh helper

one of my FAVORITE recipes for tempeh! i love love love the tempeh helper. probably not the healthiest of meals, but great when i’m craving comfort food. today was definitely a comfort food kinda day. i didn’t eat lunch until 3:30pm so i ended up not even having dinner…

comfort food at its finest!

 

i’m looking forward to more time in the kitchen tomorrow. and maybe even baking some banana bread from the oh she glows blog! šŸ˜€ my bananas are ALMOST ripe enough.
