first meals of 2012

breakfast:

  • leftover black bean scramble (leftovers)
  • rye toast

lunch:

spinach artichoke dip
carrots & chips
  • spinach artichoke dip with baby carrots & corn chips

dinner:

  • made: south american stew in kabocha squash
  • ate: coconut peanut curry soba noodles (leftovers)

my dinner took forever to cook so i ended up letting it cool, refrigerating it and then eating my noodle leftovers. ah well. i’ll eat the stew in a squash tomorrow. 😉
