this was a truly delicious dinner! i got the recipe from vegan family meals. really great! and not too hard to put together… and grams loved it too!
as for the remainder of the week… i got a cold…. way to ring in the new year! 😉 i’ve been taking extra vitamin c, my multivitamins, b12, sovereign silver (upon a friends recommendation) and lots & lots of water. even though i could barely swallow i made myself eat a spinach salad with tempeh salad on top… i need all the nutrients i can get! also made a big batch of chick-un noodle soup. so good! i swear it always makes me feel better!
so i’ll be back to blogging as soon as i start feeling better and get back into the kitchen! 😉 i’m craving some raw recipes so maybe i’ll go raw for a week.
