another day in my very vegan life.

breakfast:

  • french press coffee (2 tbs sugar, rice milk)

lunch:

  • panera: bagel with hummus, lettuce & tomato

dinner:

carrot / berry smoothie
  • carrot juice / berry & spinach smoothie (like yesterdays!)
  • chickpea salad with salsa
  • frozen banana blended with peanut butter & chocolate chips
frozen banana dessert!

so it wasn’t exactly a healthy day. or exciting culinary wise. but i did have a fabulous idea the other day. big ideas coming soon for this blog! 😉
