a delicious day!

breakfast:

leftover biscuits & gravy with tempeh fakin bacon
  • leftover biscuits and chickpea gravy
  • tempeh fakin bacon
  • french press coffee

lunch:

  • green smoothie: coconut water, spinach, banana, green apple, gogi berries, vega smoothie infusion, flaxmeal, blueberry coconut yogurt, frozen strawberries, peaches, raspberries & pineapple (YUMMMMM)

dinner:

  • mock meatloaf (recipe here) i added 1 1/2 cups of brown rice to mine! celery, carrots, portabella mushroom!!! YUM! (and i didn’t use the onion soup mix – i make my own seasonings)
  • canned peas
  • rosemary roasted red & white potatoes with chickpea gravy
