almost raw today! tomorrow i start a reboot!

breakfast:

  • green smoothie: spinach, coconut water, fresh banana, green apple, pineapple, scoop of strawberry vega one, frozen raspberries & mango.

lunch:

  • chickpea salad (chickpeas drained & rinsed & smashed mixed with vegan mayo, chopped pickle, & salsa)
  • red bell pepper slices
chickpea salad over red pepper slices garnished with salsa & sunflower sprouts!

dinner:

  • green smoothie: (banana, spinach, green apple, pineapple, coconut water, frozen mango & raspberries)

today i watched fat, sick and nearly dead for the third time. i think i’ll start a reboot tomorrow! just keep juicing! i need to lose some weight… get rid of my acne… and quit the sugar consumption. i’ll do at least 7 days of juice only… and then i’ll add in some smoothies. and from there i hope to go 90% raw until the summer is over! i’d like to do the juice / smoothie fast for at least 15 days.
