i thought i might turn into a chickpea…
i took a friend to darbster…
i bought some new running shoes… (10 k i will run!!!!)
i made a super yummy pasta for dinner…
i pulled out the juicer a few times… and started using beets.
started riding a bicycle… everywhere. i’ve been averaging 10-15 miles every other day for the past two weeks! way to get my fitness on! 😉
i tried a new recipe from the get healthy, go vegan cookbook! Trinidadian Curried Cauliflower, Potatoes and Peas – yum!
went to art basel in miami beach…. found a new maoz vegetarian location on washington ave! woot woot!
i haven’t been cooking as much or eating as healthy as i’d like. but there are only so many minutes in every day. and a majority of mine are spent at work. hopefully soon i’ll find a routine that involves more juicing and more at home cooking!
