Day 03 Recipe: spinach, coconut water, banana, apple, frozen pineapple, raspberries and peaches, hemp protein, flax meal and dried gogi berries.
Day 04 Recipe: spinach, frozen banana, pumpkin puree, dates, nutmeg, cinnamon, flax meal, almond milk. i love pumpkin smoothies.
Day 05 Recipe: first i juiced some leftover beets from my vegan dinner night. i threw in some carrots and a few apples. in the blender i combined spinach, frozen strawberries and pineapple – topped off with the beet, carrot, apple juice. yum!
Day 06 Recipe: spinach, coconut water, orange, frozen mango & raspberries, flax meal, dried gogi berries & hemp protein.
Day 07: kalelicious smoothie from whole foods. i believe it has kale, spinach, banana, ginger and i’m not sure what else. it wasn’t cold. or good. (i normally like the kalelicious remix but they didn’t know how to make the remix) so when i got home i threw it in the vitamix with some frozen pineapple. then it was drinkable! 😉
Day 08 Recipe: spinach, apple, frozen cherries & blueberries, dried gogi berries, flax meal and coconut water. this recipe was AMAZING. 😀
i think i’m all caught up on smoothie a day! i’m traveling right now – in connecticut visiting my grandmother… i’ll have to find somewhere that makes green smoothies to keep up with my challenge! wish me luck! 😉
