green smoothie challenge continued!

not sure whether i forgot to make a smoothie every day or just forgot to take a photo and post it on instagram and facebook. either way a few days are missing. oh well. life is busy right now. šŸ˜‰ everything is in iPhone picture mode right now as my canon is at the shop getting serviced…

Day 18:

  • spinach
  • green grapes
  • green apple
  • strawberries
  • frozen pineapple
  • coconut milk

this smoothie was pretty awesome! light and delicious!

  • raw cashews (soaked overnight & dried)
  • spinach
  • frozen peaches
  • water
  • frozen banana
  • gogi berries

not my absolute favorite smoothie. for whatever reason frozen peaches aren’t my favorite. my mom actually loved this one… i really wanted frozen raspberries in addition but didn’t have any on hand. so if you have all these ingredients try adding raspberries!!! šŸ˜€

best.smoothie.thus.far. omg. so so so so so so so so so so delicious! okay well maybe tied with day 15. šŸ˜‰ if you’re scared to try new things in smoothies… try making this one. you won’t regret it.

wasn’t my favorite smoothie. i wasn’t into the consistency. i like juicing carrots and adding the carrot juice. not blending carrots. oh well. i guess they can’t all be winners! šŸ˜‰

yummmmm. i always forget that i LOVE creamy almond or coconut milk in my smoothies! i’m always using coconut water… and then bam. i try using a “milk” and i remember how much i love it all over again! šŸ˜‰ deliciousness!

this is that re-make of a smoothie i had at the restaurant merge in buffalo, ny. of course mine is a green smoothie and i’ve omitted and added other ingredients. so so so so delish. (same as day 15).Ā  i had a few blueberries to use up so decided to make this one again. i think this smoothie will be a regular staple in my diet in the years to come. yum.

so days 19, 22 and 24 are missing. they might have photos on a memory card i never uploaded… i’m sorry i failed you 30 day smoothie challenge!Ā  can’t wait to start my february juice challenge. just keep juicing!!! i think i’ll do the juice challenge as a meal replacement. i’ll make a fresh juice every day for breakfast. (or lunch or dinner). yum.
