smoothie / salad challenge ~ day six & seven

breakfast: kale, spinach, cashews, mango, pear, green grapes, coconut water ice cubes & almond milk.

lunch: i made a caesar salad with avocado & chickpeas & tomatoes. YUM. ate it with my iced coffee. YUM YUM.

dinner: i made my typical dinner salad and topped it with chickpea salad. i had to work all night so it came with me in a tupperware.

with all of the work i was doing on my website and photos i had to edit i completely skipped lunch! 😦 on my way out to hear my favorite band play, i stopped at whole foods and loaded up with a huge plate from the salad bar. i added some beyond meat & a bunch of other goodies. yummmmmo. i also bought a mahalo bar for midnight when the challenge is finally over! 😉 i want chocolate!!!!!!!!!

the challenge is over! i did eat my candy bar after the concert… at midnight. it was delish. i plan on trying to eat at least one salad and drink one smoothie every day.
