today was so much better than yesterday… but so sleeeeeeepy!
had an early wake up call to be at a morning session on the beach by 7:30am so I warmed some leftover chili and ate en route to the shoot. I knew I needed something super hearty and it did the trick!
my friends know the way to my little vegan heart… mangos!!!! my friend brought me mangos from his tree. how lucky am i?!??!?!
drinking my warm apple cider vinegar tonic. 1 tbs apple cider vinegar + freshly squeezed lemon juice + hot water + splash of maple syrup. *slurp*
holy crap this soup was DIVINE! red lentil soup from the cleanse menu really hit the spot!!! can’t WAIT to eat the leftovers!!!!!! super super yummy.
for dessert i made another fruit salad. tonight i used mango, blueberries and strawberries and topped with almonds, cashew cream and hemp seeds. yummmmmmmmmmm. so freaking good.
having all of these delicious menu items to choose from makes this transition pretty easy….however… i need to stay off instagram. seeing all of the yummy vegan noms is making me want pizza, tacos and bread! this carbo-holic is craving carbs something fierce. day three was way better then day two. hoping i can start exercising into the mix tomorrow.
