a little bit about me.

my name is stephanie. i have a pug who i love more than anything in the world. i love photographya few of my favorite things: hiking, waterfalls, orchids, mini coopers, crochet, butterflies, thrift stores, kayaking, flip flops, vegan cooking & baking, reading and road trips.

i’ve been vegan since 2007. my friends call me chef steph.

i love sugar. desserts. sweets.  i’m going to start making more raw desserts to help avoid the sugary sweets we keep indulging in. unfortunately i’m a cookie monster. this journey of a blog will  hopefully lead me to a healthier vegan diet & maybe i’ll even *start* going to the gym every day. (such the exercise procrastinator!)

i’m obsessed with all things vegan. i love traveling. trying new restaurants, cafes & bakeries…. all of my very vegan adventures & foodcations will also be featured in this blog.

i love my vegan life!

  1. I love your blog! My name is Erika, I’m 21, and Im a pretty new vegan. Been vegan for like a month now, (was vegetarian for 5 months) and I absolutely love it. Its opened me up to a whole new world and I love every minute of it.

  2. enjoy your journey! the most important thing to remember is not to be too hard on yourself if you “slip up” and eat something that’s not 100% vegan…. there are so many great tools online & at your local bookstore. good luck! :o)

  3. Your friend Jordanna told me about your blog. There’s a lot of great looking food here! I’ve been vegan for about 5 months now and mostly vegan for a year prior to that. I realized it silly to eat a few servings of cheese a week while excluding all else non-vegan.

  4. hiya, from a vegan in koala country who also has a penchant for all things sweet and resembling cookie dough. i adore the photography! i’ve found since making (and consuming) raw vegan desserts, it hasn’t resulted in weight gain!

  5. Love your blog. Im vegan. I have been vegan for a year now and right after i went vegan i discovered i had allergies to gluten and soy so im still trying to get use to that part. Like you I love being vegan working on the exercise part
